Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4 1979 is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) and She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is a part-Italian. Cook appeared in her first public service announcement regarding foster care at the age of seven. Cook started working as a child-print model at age 10, and was in ads for national brands like Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
